#021 Run in rain...

A typical morning in the rainy season

a little bit of drizzle all around

just the ideal time to be cozy

and get back to sleeping sound..

But the winding route through the forest

is asking me to get those miles in

to be in rhythm with nature

and start off the day with a win..

Even though i could barely run

on the slippery sandstone

but love getting the heart pumping

and fighting for breath all alone..
